Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders over $200CAD before taxes and promotions.  Orders under $200 are subject to a $30 shipping fee.  Shipping is done through UPS and orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

• Shipping available within Canada only, no international shipments at this time.

• Understanding Shipping Taxability:

  • if the products being shipped are all taxable (i.e) dry eye products, then shipping is taxed.​

  • if the products being shipped are all tax-exempt (i.e) contact lenses, then shipping is not taxed.

  • if the shipment includes a mix of taxable and tax-exempt products, then the percentage of the sale that is taxable is determined and used to calculate the percentage of the shipping cost that is taxable.
