Contact lens boxes that have been opened or the safety seal has been broken cannot be returned. Damaged product i.e) dented, ripped, or marked boxes or products that are clearly not in resellable condition cannot be returned. Returns can be done in store or through mail. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns done through mail and it is recommended that registered mail with tracking be used.
