If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  Contact lens boxes that have been opened or the safety seal has been broken cannot be returned.  Damaged product i.e) dented, ripped, or marked boxes or products that are clearly not in resellable condition cannot be returned.  Returns can be done in store or through mail.  Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns done through mail and it is recommended that registered mail with tracking be used.

Unfortunately due to Canada Post strike, unless total is over $200, flat shipping rate of $30 on all orders will apply until postal operations are back to normal.
